STEVIE CHARLES

Stevie was born and raised in Leeds, and upon leaving school at 15, became a silver service waiter at one of the top hotels in Leeds, qualified as a hairdresser and went on to own his hairdressing salon, before entering into the world we call showbiz
  Stevie as well as being part of, The  Dreamgirls, is also an accomplished solo performer.
  Stevie’s success lies with his ability to work with an audience. Whether working in his own one man show or the hosting and comparing of a show, his comic timing is second to none. Stevie has worked all around Europe, appearing in Denmark, Holland and Germany making many TV appearances along the way.
  In 2000 Stevie became part of a new troupe called The Playgirls, playing two seasons at The Talk of the Town in Gumbet, Turkey. In 2001 Stevie became the resident host at the world famous Halikarnas night club in Bodrum, before returning to The Talk of the Town. In 2002 the Dreamgirls reformed and have been starring at the newly named Club Talk, the former Talk of The Town, and every summer since.
   Over the years Stevie has worked with Hazel Dean, Lyn Paul, Duncan Norvelle and Liz Dawn aka Vera Duckworth from Coronation Street, to name but a few.
  Stevie as he enters his 26th year in the business, will continue to combine both as a solo and double act, and will go on delighting audiences around the world for years to come.
